Style Hub Pro
Business platform agreement
1. Agreement and eligibility
This agreement governs Style Hub Pro use by appointment businesses and professionals acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. It includes the pricing page, Data Processing Schedule, Privacy Notice and order details. Order details prevail for price and plan; the Data Processing Schedule prevails for controller-processor processing. The person accepting confirms they are at least 18 and authorised to bind the subscriber.
2. Platform role
Style Hub Pro supplies diary, booking, client-record, staff, learning, messaging, subscription and workspace-marketplace software. We do not provide or supervise treatments; diagnose conditions; give clinical, employment, tax, insurance or legal advice; verify every user or listing; employ professionals; act as agent for a treatment provider; or become party to a professional-client or workspace-rental contract.
3. Subscriber responsibilities
- Maintain accurate identity, prices, services, availability and contact details.
- Hold and check all qualifications, licences, registrations, insurance, premises permissions, infection-control and other requirements.
- Carry out consultations, patch tests, age and identity checks, safeguarding, capacity checks, contraindication screening, informed consent and aftercare required by law and professional standards.
- Do not treat an emergency, consent record or statutory record as safely managed merely because information appears in the platform.
- Maintain business continuity, check diary changes and configure roles on least privilege.
4. Clients and bookings
The business or professional—not Style Hub Pro—is responsible for the treatment contract, displayed price, deposits, cancellation terms, refunds, complaints, service quality and consumer rights. A request is not confirmed unless shown as confirmed. Businesses must present their own client terms and privacy information before collecting treatment data or money and must not impose unlawful or disproportionate charges.
5. Booking Intelligence
Predictions are operational aids, not professional or clinical decisions. Authorised users must review learning evidence before it influences availability and can exclude evidence or restore standard timing. The subscriber remains responsible for sufficient time, staffing, breaks and safety. The system must not be used for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Sensitive information, children and safeguarding
Health and treatment information may be special-category data. The subscriber must document an Article 6 basis and Article 9 condition, minimise fields, restrict access and obtain separate explicit consent where relied upon. General terms acceptance is not health-data consent. Business accounts are for adults. Businesses serving minors remain responsible for applicable age, parental responsibility, consent, safeguarding and licensing requirements. Do not store unnecessary identity documents, card data or intimate images.
7. Marketplace
Listings and applications introduce independent parties only. Each must verify identity, qualifications, insurance, work/tax status, property authority, licences, accessibility, equipment, health and safety, rent, deposit, notice and written occupancy terms. Publication is not verification, endorsement, employment, partnership, agency or tenancy. Parties contract directly. We may remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading or infringing material.
8. Data protection
We are controller for account, security, billing and platform administration data described in the Privacy Notice. For subscriber client/workforce content, the subscriber is normally controller and we are processor under the Data Processing Schedule. Roles follow the facts. Subscribers must provide notices, handle rights and instruct us lawfully. We may use information that has been de-identified so individuals cannot reasonably be identified for security and reliability.
9. Communications
The subscriber is sender and controller of communications it initiates. It must distinguish necessary service messages from marketing, keep consent or other permission evidence, honour objections and opt-outs, and comply with UK GDPR and PECR. SMS/WhatsApp may remain disabled until credentials, templates, current cost data, consent and margin safeguards are active. Delivery is not guaranteed; urgent messages require another channel.
10. Security and acceptable use
Users must use individual accounts, protect credentials and report compromise. They must not access another business’s data; bypass security; upload malware; scrape or overload the service; send unlawful messages; impersonate others; publish harmful, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing content; reverse engineer except where law prevents restriction; or use the service to harm or exploit anyone. We may preserve evidence and proportionately restrict access.
11. Intellectual property
Subscribers retain lawful content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, secure, transform and display it only to supply/support the service. They warrant necessary rights. Style Hub Pro software, branding, interface, workflows and documentation remain ours or our licensors’.
12. Billing
Prices, VAT treatment, billing period, features and trials are shown before checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal; cancellation normally applies at period end. Material price changes require advance notice and a right to cancel. Failed/reversed payments may suspend paid features. Messaging credit cannot go negative and paid messaging pauses when protected pricing is unavailable. Statutory refunds are unaffected.
13. Availability and changes
We use reasonable care and skill and reasonable security but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, internet and third parties may interrupt service. Changes may be made for security, law, compatibility and improvement. Material detrimental changes will be notified where practicable with a reasonable remedy, alternative or cancellation right.
14. Suspension, exit and deletion
We may suspend for security, unlawful use, serious breach or non-payment, using notice where practicable. Subscribers should export records they must retain. After termination we delete or return processor data under the Data Processing Schedule, subject to lawful retention, legal holds and backup cycles.
15. Liability
Nothing excludes death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or our duty to supply software with reasonable care and skill. Subject to this, neither party is liable for indirect/consequential loss or loss caused by the other’s unlawful content or professional service. For business users our aggregate liability in 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 and fees paid/payable for the affected service in that period, to the extent reasonable and lawful. This does not limit payment duties, infringement liability or deliberate misuse.
16. Subscriber indemnity
The subscriber will reimburse reasonable losses finally awarded or agreed arising from its unlawful professional services, content, marketing, infringement or material breach, only to the extent it caused them and after notice and an opportunity to participate in defence. This excludes loss caused by our breach or negligence.
17. Complaints and general terms
Contact info@stylehubiw.co.uk. Treatment/rental complaints go to the relevant provider. If a term is unenforceable, the rest continues. Failure to enforce is not waiver. We may transfer this agreement in a genuine reorganisation or sale without reducing rights. English law governs and courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
18. Required supplier identity
Before general paid launch, insert the operator’s legal name, trading name, geographic address, company number and VAT number where applicable, plus a formal notices address.
